I have worked with many trainers in the past, but Mert is the best. He took the time to explain all the exercises and what part of the body it works on. It is a hard work out, but I can already see results. I will continue to train with him as long as I can.
Working out with Mert is enjoyable, and most importantly, effective. I started as a beginner-ish and began seeing results only a few weeks after we started. For example, I hit my first target of lifting 135lb for bench press only after two months, which is quick, given that we've done chest only once or twice a week during that period. I will continue working out with Mert and I'm confident of achieving all my goals within a reasonable period of time.
Mert is very friendly and great to work with. He does a great job coming up with new workouts and styling your workouts to what you want to work on. I highly recommend him if you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, or rehab.
