Each session is different from the other. Using a multiple fitness disciplines each day varies between resistance, cardio, callisthenic, and core training. My program is geared towards muscle building and fat-loss. I use a structured program to push an individual's metabolism into overdrive to aid in our journey towards their fitness goal. Most training sessions are group however, private session are available.
My training philosophy is simple. I train to better one's life. I use any and all tools available to myself that would aid in my clients journey towards their fitness goal. Invest time in them and ask that they do so in return. I'm a firm believer you get out what you put into your workout. Invest in yourself.
