About Michael

Each session is different from the other. Using a multiple fitness disciplines each day varies between resistance, cardio, callisthenic, and core training. My program is geared towards muscle building and fat-loss. I use a structured program to push an individual's metabolism into overdrive to aid in our journey towards their fitness goal. Most training sessions are group however, private session are available.

My training philosophy is simple. I train to better one's life. I use any and all tools available to myself that would aid in my clients journey towards their fitness goal. Invest time in them and ask that they do so in return. I'm a firm believer you get out what you put into your workout. Invest in yourself.


My favorite client story

My favorite client success story would be Ramon D. came came to me after taking a year off from previous training we had together. He lost 80lbs. of Body fat in 8 months.

My favorite exercise

Olympic lifting is my favorite tool during a training session. The use of multi-joint movement and muscle activation always yields the best workout and gives new knowledge to my clients who are bored of traditional weight training.

My training experience

NSCA-CPT. CSCS. Bachelor in Sports/ Exercise Science. Sports Rehab/Preventative treatment. Working for a variety of different "Big Box" Gyms such as LA Fitness and working with Collegiate athletes from Univ. of La Verne, Mt. Sac, Chaffey college, UCLA, and UCR, for the last 8 years has allowed me to be exposed to many different training styles with a variety of fitness levels.
