About Michael

I pride myself in being able to seamlessly combine a clients goals and needs into a viable program that will evolve as they do. Utilizing my ART skills and Physical Therapy knowledge with my training experience I can asses poor movement patterns and teach a client how to move more efficiently. I really enjoy seeing a client gain increased self esteem and efficacy as they progress and perform as they never thought they could.

I love the deadlift because it is the purest form of strength and it also clearly teaches why form is important.

My training philosophy

I believe that failure to plan is planning to fail. Reaching your health and fitness goals requires a plan of action with benchmarks to stay on path. I will design this plan based on your goals and abilities and you will have a clear and set timeframe.

My training experience

B.S. In Kinesiology from CSUF. Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the N.S.C.A. I have instructed boxing for over 6 years. I have taught spin and boot camp style classes for as long as I have trained. I have a very in-depth nutrition background. I am certified in Active Release Technique and have had 100s of hours of Physical Therapy experience.
