Welcome my name is Miguel Gutierrez AKA Mick. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and have had a passion for physical training , since my high school years. My specialty areas include high intensity interval training, free weight resistance training for beginners and exprienced exercisers, weight loss and management , programs that focuses on toning the upper body and core through muscle hypertrophy while tightening and strengthening the lower body .
To encourage healthy lifestyles for individuals who need or want a to change their lives is my GOAL. Whether you want to build a solid aerobic base, weight loss and management , increasing athletic performance, or build muscle and grow stronger then ever before. I will guide you using proven methods and custom programs to motivate and excel you through your fitness journey. While teaching appropriate posture and techniques for a safe and enjoyable workout sessions to increase your own self reliance and efficiency.
I never train my clients using a program I wouldn't do myself. Personal training allows me to dedicate my time to my clients and maximize the efficiency of your workout experiences. Assessing and tracking your overall strengths to meet any and all of your performance goals. By continually expanding my training knowledge through experimenting with alternative training methods and obtaining various certifications I hope to share my genuine desire for promoting health and fitness for a healthy and successful lifestyle.
