Welcome my name is Miguel Gutierrez AKA Mick. I am an ACE Certified Personal Trainer and have had a passion for physical training , since my high school years. My specialty areas include high intensity interval training, free weight resistance training for beginners and exprienced exercisers, weight loss and management , programs that focuses on toning the upper body and core through muscle hypertrophy while tightening and strengthening the lower body .
To encourage healthy lifestyles for individuals who need or want a to change their lives is my GOAL. I will guide you using proven methods and custom programs to motivate and excel you through your fitness journey.
