My favorite exercise

Barbell Squats are my favorite exercise because very few people do them, half of the people that do are doing them wrong, but all the ones that do them correctly get HUGE benefits. And it's one of the most difficult exercises to push yourself to keep doing because of the pain barrier.

National Exercise and Sports Trainers Association (NESTA) Certified. Pervious certifications and training with National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM), 24 Hour Fitness, Bally Total Fitness, United States Army, San Bernardino County Sheriff's, Homeland Security, High School Track and Cross Country Coach and Numerous First Aid/CPR.
