I've been training with Milena for over a year now and I've remained consistently happy with how things have been going ever since the very first session. As a young and fit guy who generally knows their way around a gym, Milena is able to perfectly fill in the gaps in my regimen to serve a client such as myself. With her, I can focus on things like mobility and stretching that I'm not really comfortable or willing to do by myself. She's also able to get me to do a lot of agility-based, athletic-style workouts that I wouldn't really do on my own either.
