Growing up, I was the poster child for childhood obesity. Transforming my own health changed my life, and it inspired me to help others do the same. There’s nothing better than watching people crush their goals and feel over the moon about it.

My training philosophy

My training experience

I have 11 years of experience as a trainer, working with clients in California, New York, and globally, both in-person and virtually. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to train individuals at all stages of their fitness journey, from beginners to seasoned athletes, and across a wide range of ages. This diverse experience has allowed me to develop a versatile approach, adapting training to meet each person’s unique goals and needs.
