My favorite exercise

I love to incorporate plank and plank variations into my training, because plank is a challenging exercise to help strengthen shoulders, scapular muscles and spine, and turn on the deep abdominal muscles. It can also be performed by itself (no equipment needed) and anywhere.

My training philosophy

My philosophy is to move better and stay healthy, live an active lifestyle should be everyone's priority for life. I hope to guide you to achieve the desired body type, physical health, and pain free life.
