About Nesve

Nesve is specialized in spine, shoulders, hip and knee rehabilitation, injury prevention, corrective exercise training, postural correction using Alexander technique, core strength and stability, balance training, chronic pain relief using MELT method, functional movement, senior training, and pre-postnatal training. While training her clients, she particularly focuses on safe and functional movement with proper form and techniques, as it is essential in creating muscular balance and preventing injuries. She also teaches a variety of group classes at UCI and University Hills Community Center, including Bootcamp, strength and cardio training, Yoga/Pilates, and Aqua Fitness. She has experience in working with a variety of people ranging from endurance athletes to individuals with chronic health conditions, and different limitations from spinal problems, knee/hip replacement, rotator cuff injuries, shoulders/hip bursitis, ankle/foot injuries, fibromyalgia, multiple sclerosis, arthritis, osteoporosis, gastric bypass/abdominoplasty, cardiac problems, both Type 1 and Type 2 diabetes and high blood pressure, as well as depression and emotional stress. She is dedicated to help her clients achieve their personal fitness and health goals.
