I truly believe in functional training with elements of athletic strength of conditioning. This includes primal movements such as pushing, pulling, standing, sitting and so on. The goal is to help you perform everyday task better.


My favorite client story

One of my clients accidentally bought a medium size jacket about a year before we started training that he could never zip up. He refused to return it because he was determined to fit into this jacket and zip it all the way up. We had only been training two months when he began ZIPPING THAT BAD BOY ALL THE WAY UP!

I love, clean and press, kettle bell swing and other full body exercises that work several muscle groups while burning fat.
