About Nicole

I am a certified Personal Trainer with National Council for Certified Trainers. Her background includes working as a personal trainer at LA Fitness (Playa Vista, CA and Boca Raton, FL) and at Golds Gym (Palm Springs, CA). My focus is: safety, proper form, low impact cardio, strengthening and toning. 


Plus, I have been certified with Interactive Fitness Trainers of America as a personal trainer along with several movement certification courses. Then, I was certified with American Aerobic Association International Sports Medicine Association with their course focus on anatomy. 


In addition, I am also an Ace certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, with tips or full meal suggestions based on your current preferences for energy and a healthy lifestyle. 


I have worked with mostly women of all ages. I also have worked with men of all ages; however, the men are never aiming at power lifting with me, but often are healing from a past injury post operation and/or physical therapy, thus getting back into training via a lighter routine.


My ideal client are people who truly love fitness, given any challenges they may have, this client takes pleasure in working out. 


My favorite client story

I had a client who had been a professional basketball player, had been playing golf but needed two knee replacements and a shoulder replacement. We did a variety of slow stretches and workouts that were minimal weight. In six months he was working with heavier weights and had great range of motion.

My favorite exercise

My favorite exercises are a variety of movements - whether free weights, lunges or crunches, (machines when the covid-19 is over) which together combine giving clients a good overall fitness experience. On a personal level, I also like swimming, walking and a little jogging.

Nicole keeps me engaged and focused and encourages me further with nutritional advice to augment my workouts. My confidence in her is supported by her multiple certifications in fitness training and nutrition. Nicole places high value on form and her encouragement makes me want to do more, either weight, reps, time or distance. Particularly significant have been noticeable results and improvements in my core strength, flexibility and balance and she has helped me improve range-of-motion from a prior shoulder injury. I am an avid hiker, and Nicole has helped me build and strengthen areas which need improvement; mainly core and upper body strength that aren’t addressed with hiking. She is cognizant of personal limitations, injuries or sore areas. In our online workouts, she is patient and consistent. She ends the session with a few minutes of meditation and reflection, leaving you feeling relaxed and well rounded. She is very professional, and will provide dietary advice if desired.
