Our first session is complimentary and includes a discussion of your fitness goals, an evaluation of your posture, an overview of your food intake, and a workout. We will also discuss any rehabilitative needs you may have. Health and fitness go together, so I will work with you on setting reasonable goals based on your needs. I will help you to have more energy throughout the day, more strength to perform your daily activities, and to look your best!
I work both as a personal trainer and an Emergency Medical Technician on a 911 ambulance. So both health AND fitness are important to me. Your cardiovascular health, your energy levels, your bodyfat ratio, your posture and your fitness level all are areas we will work on together to make the most of your life!
