My favorite client story

I was working with a female client, and she had her husband train with me after she was done. His goal was to gain weight, more muscle. In a few short weeks he gained about 5 pounds or so, she told him I told you he can do it. That is not a normal situation, but changing training habits sometimes can do it.

My favorite exercise

I have a number of favorite exercises: Push-ups-works the chest, triceps, front delts, biceps, and core muscles. Squats-works the glutes, quadriceps, hamstrings, calves, and core muscles. Exercises the are functional in concept are my favorites. Things you would normally do in everyday life.
