I have worked hard and earned my CPT (Certified Personal Trainer), CES (Corrective Exercise Specialist), PES (Performance Enhancement Specialist, and CMT (Certified Massage Therapist) certifications and I have personally helped hundreds of people improve their lives dramatically.

My client Jeff Ryemon who was very heavy when I met with him. . He listened to did every thing I asked of him to reach his fitness goals. In 16 weeks he dropped around a hundred pounds and is so fit that he decided to take fitness to a higher level and has become a fitness trainer and enrolled in a 4 year college and majoring in Kenisiology.
