About Ryan

My passion for sports and helping otherwise is what led me to personal training. I was a 2 sport college athlete, walking on to both the football and track team at Oklahoma State University. Balancing school, sports, sleep and a social life taught me the value of discipline, consistency, and most of all hard work.

I figured a great way to continue doing something I love while still helping others would be becoming a certified personal trainer.
