I use a wholistic approach to personal training. I do a thorough assessment of posture, muscle strengths, flexibility and I review any past injuries or health concerns. I am experienced in body building, high intensity interval training and TRX. I have been a massage therapist for twenty years which enables me to understand past injuries. I also have a good background in mind body exercise including Yoga, Qigong, and Tai chi which aids in healing the body. I have also worked with clients to help them improve their diets and successfully loose excess pounds. Our health belongs to us!

Sarah knows her stuff! She also walks her talk, so you know she won't give you any advice that she hasn't applied herself. I came to her with some terrible lower back pain and she helped me work through it to find a healing via some yoga and strength training. Besides all that, she is friendly, fun and caring.

I was looking for someone who could provide couple's weight training for my husband and I. Sarah was wonderful and very creative with working with us at the same time providing individual coaching. We have an intensive training tailored to both of us which includes both building strength and flexibility. When on a day one of us is not as energetic as the other, she is able to accommodate that as well. We have been going to her for about 2/12 years and feel better and stronger than ever!
