About Sean

My name is Sean Anderson, I have been on my own fitness journey for almost 5 years now and have been training people for 2 years. I graduated from Moorpark College with an AS in Exercise Science and a Fitness Specialist Certification. I then transferred to California Lutheran University to continue my education in Exercise Science. I am also NASM and dotFit Certified. I have experience in training people from average weight loss to major correctives. I have experience with shoulder, hip, and knee replacements, post cancer, post stroke, joint pain, back pain, and many others. Before I became a trainer I worked as an aid in physical therapy. I take much of what I learned there and apply it to my training, mostly for people who need corrective work (post injury, pre/post surgery, etc.).
