My fitness journey began from being a young-talented athelete who lacked confidence in my capabilities. I moved on to exercising with people who had physical attributes I aspired to have. I went to the gym consistently because I knew there would be someone there to correct and coach me so I didn’t feel incompetent or discouraged. I respected their dedication and knowledge, so I continued to show up to earn their validation for staying committed and accountable to my fitness goals. My motivation came from seeing how hard they worked to get in shape as well having people there to push and have faith in me when I didn't. I reached my fitness goals and developed a confidence I’ve never had. The evidence was in shown in how people would now approach me for the same things that got me through my fitness journey. That’s when I decided to change lives using fitness.
I’m passionate about collaborating with my clients in making positive lifestyle changes and motivating them to achieve goals and do things they couldn't fathom in the beginning. I've made major lifestyle transitions, therefore, I believe I can connect with each persons struggle and motivate anyone. I enjoy exposing people to their fitness capabilities, unraveling their real potential, and giving them a sense of achievement
