About Sondra

Every client will receive a fitness plan created based on their personal goals, fitness level, and body type. We will use a variety of resistance training, cardio, balance, plyometrics, boss, tax, and also Pilates. In addition to training I am also a certified Pilates Instructor on all apparatuses.

Its not who you are that holds you back, its who you think you're not. When you eat Healthy you never have to diet. Healthy Eating and Staying Active are a lifestyle, not short term goal.
