I design a work out that fits your skill level, and we build and improve on that foundation together to get you to where you want to be all in a safe and controlled manner. My certification also qualifies me to help you with nutritional advice to keep you informed. I'll be there to help you figure out what kind of a nutrition plan fits you best, and help you make better choices to see the changes you want.

My favorite client story
My favorite story is a client of mine who had suffered from severely disordered eating. She had a very unhealthy relationship with food, and as such wasn't happy with her body. Not only was I able to teach her why exercise was so important when attempting weight loss, and help her accomplish that side of her goals, but I was also able to help her ease into a nutrition plan that she could stick to. She has since stopped yo-yo dieting and lives a much healthier life. .Now, she's my most motivated client and has a drive like no one I've seen. We've taken some great strides together, and I'm excited to see where she goes next!
My favorite exercise
My favorite is the Push-up. It's a great exercise and it's a great metric for progression on the upper body. For strength training, I like the bench press. It's a great bread and butter compound exercise that can develop several different muscle groups depending on form.
