I design a work out that fits your skill level, and we build and improve on that foundation together to get you to where you want to be all in a safe and controlled manner. My certification also qualifies me to help you with nutritional advice to keep you informed. I'll be there to help you figure out what kind of a nutrition plan fits you best, and help you make better choices to see the changes you want.
The key is adherence. Finding a fitness program and nutrition program that you can be consistent with, build on, and constantly improve. The more enjoyable and varied the program, the easier it is to adhere to. Start with a strong foundation, and then build up.
