Genuine, friendly, individualized training and small group training (maximum of 5). Every session is different so the training is always fresh and fun. I want my clients to feel that their goals are attainable whether they have a specific weight loss goal or to be healthier, and to feel and look better. Together we will set realistic goals and a plan to achieve them. I am in constant communication with my clients to offer motivation and encouragement.
Find something you like to do and you will do it. I will work with you to incorporate your favorite activities to set you in the direction for greater health and fitness. I specialize in body weight exercises so that you always have the tools to reach and maintain your goals. In addition, I add intervals and circuits using a variety of "toys" to mix up the sessions and keep them fun and get you into the best shape of your life. Certifications include: NSCA-CPT, ACT-GEL, TRX Suspension Training, Spinning (Mad Dogg Athletics), Tabata Bootcamp, and Functional Aging Institute.
