Tyler Michael is the Founder of Foundations Fitness and a Performance Coach for their flagship program - The Peak Potential Challenge. As a certified professional in the fitness industry since 2003, Tyler has trained, coached and educated hundreds of people in their pursuit and practice of fitness.
Prior to launching Foundations Fitness and The Peak Potential Challenge, Tyler spent six years gaining valuable education and experience as a Personal Trainer and Master Instructor for Equinox. During that time, Tyler earned a variety of certifications qualifying him to work with clientele across the fitness spectrum - from beginners to athletes, from adolescents to seniors, and from lean to overweight. Tyler currently maintains certifications as a strength and conditioning specialist (CSCS) and Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) through NSCA.
