About Vanessa

I'm a certified personal trainer, for both pregnant and non-pregnant women. I have extensive experience working with women of all fitness levels and all ages, and it is my priority to create a sustainable, challenging, and transformational program for you to reach your fitness goals and watch yourself elevate in every aspect of life. 


 


I specialize in strength training, which is the best way for anyone who is looking to tone, add lean mass, lose fat, and gain muscles and curves. It also comes with the benefits of improved posture, confidence, and life quality.


 


During pregnancy, there are certain fitness goals we need to put on hold, but in the meantime, we can work with a program that makes postpartum recovery smoother, faster, and healthier, so that you can get back to your desired goals faster, and do so safely.

Vanessa is truly one of the most genuine, passionate, & caring trainers I've ever met. She goes above & beyond for her clients by helping them reach their fitness goals, coming up with ideas for meal plans, and researching workouts that make sense for them. I hired Vanessa to help me get in shape and about a month into our training I found out I was pregnant. Vanessa created a work out regimen for me that I could do throughout my pregnancy as well as during postpartum. She has motivated & inspired me to live a healthier lifestyle! I highly recommend Vanessa, she goes above and beyond for her clients!

Wow where do I begin. It's been a struggle as a female finding a trainer that you can be comfortable enough around yet still be challenged by and Vanessa is it! Trainers in the past would either be too aggressive and not listen to me when I tell them about my body, or they would simply not care at all and let me slack way too much. Vanessa hears me when I speak about my strengths and weaknesses and truly caters to them while pushing me out of the comfort zone.
