I am an American Council on Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer and Indoor Cycling Group (ICG) certified cycling instructor with certifications in CPR, First Aid and AED, who strongly believes that exercise and improved fitness benefits everyone. Most of my clients are adult men and women. Their individual preferences, fitness level, fitness experience and goals (weight loss, improved stamina, toning, etc..) are key to jointly developing a fitness plan to achieve our fitness goals. I also offer nutrition direction and guidance, along with the flexibility regarding location, training methodology, time and accessibility to further enhance the experience and odds of success. While exercise and improved fitness is hard work, I insist that it be fun and rewarding. Honestly, my greatest reward is seeing those that I work with become more healthy and physically fit, while achieving their fitness goals.
