I have a passion for inspiring others through fitness. My belief is that fitness is a lifestyle and therefore it needs to be personalized for your life. The more motivated and disciplined you can be, the quicker your results.
My fitness journey began with martial arts, then CrossFit, where I went to open up my own gym in Queens, NY. I worked with people of all experience, from athletes, kids, to people that are complete beginners. I've helped many people transform their lives both physically and mentally, because that's how powerful fitness is.
