My favorite client story

Anthony is a football star who sustained tremendous injury to his back. For over 20 years he had to suffer lower back pain, waking up in the middle of the night from aches and pains, and the inability to play with his young children. After few sessions of prescribed core work, corrective exercises, and stretching along with keeping up with his fitness goals we were able to lose weight, get stronger, but most importantly my new buddy now is able to sleep the whole night. He is able to go on about his daily activities without fear of sharp debilitating pains.

My favorite exercise

Planks strengthens the core, protects the back, the isometric hold helps with muscle growth( for those who want the six) but most importantly the spine is not taxed from all those crunches that in the long run will weaken the spine and drain the fluids in the vertebraes.

Equinox Southbay jan 2012- present. Tier 2 trainer. Completed all of equinox continued education.Attended TRX, VIPR, Power PLates, Animal FLow, preventing risk injury classes and seminars. Background in League Soccer, boxing, Kickboxing, and strength and conditioning. Fat loss, lean mass gain, circuit work, high intensity intervals, and sport specific training.
