I always had a passion for fitness and staying in shape. After taking my first college weight lifting class, I was hooked and to this day, still have that same passion to keep healthy and pass on my knowledge of how to work out properly, stay fit and have fun doing it. Over the past 10 years plus, I have had the great experience to work with so many amazing clients from high school athletes, middle-aged moms and dads, to the elderly. I enjoy training them all and find a special niche for high school athletes and those looking to stay fit in their 30s, 40s and 50s. Okay, 60s too. :) My training sessions are upbeat, challenging but you'll walk out feeling like you learned something new and worked your abs by laughing so much. From my days at Boston Sports Clubs, to Fitness Together and now Anytime Fitness, I am eager to step out and help you get in the best shape of your life. I am a trainer who takes in the whole person and that includes your nutrition and wellness needs as well. This makes up the total picture of health. Let's take this journey together!
