About John

My name is John Bednaz. I am a personal trainer/strength and conditioning coach. I am not your typical trainer that views everyone the same. I believe everyone has different goals and that each person has a unique way to getting to their goals. I have work with kids from ages 10 to seniors over 75 years. With this experience I have a good sense on how to work with anyone regardless of age or gender. I generally work with a lot of high school and college athletes doing sport specific training, seniors working on functional training, physique competitors to fine tune their diets and workouts, and just anyone looking to change up their routine to get to their goals quicker.
