About John

I'm John Taglieri. I'm a NCSF Certified Personal Trainer and soon to be Sports Nutrition Specialist and would love to chat with you about your goals. I'm also AHA Adult/Child/Infant CPR/AED Certified. I can help you with a custom program designed just for you to make that happen. I specialize in endurance, resistance and body weight workouts, but can work within many parameters to help you achieve your fitness goals. 

Reach out and lets talk. I can come to your location to do the workouts, or I have several gyms that I can bring you to if you prefer. My hours are very flexible and early mornings are no problem. I'm a runner, swimmer, biker, I run triathlons, and am very versed in smart strategies for strength, toning, weight loss and mobility training.

My training experience

While i started TAG TEAM Fitness in January of 2018, I've been training people for about 6 years now. From clients just getting off the couch for the first time in years, to endurance athletes looking to step their game up, I've designed workouts for just about all levels of fitness.

I love John as my trainer! He’s not only very knowledgeable, but he also learns new approaches to design a program specifically for each client. I’m training to take the fire fighter civil service test and he did his own research about what’s to be expected for the physical exam. Next thing I know, he designed this program that revolves around the stations on the exam using Little to no equipment, which is exactly what I need. And he’s not only well versed in workouts, he helps me a lot with nutrition as well. Highly recommend him!
