With over 8 years of experience working with people who want to look and feel better, I know the perfect workout is only the beginning. I have acquired specialty certifications in Mind/Body and Behavior Change because I want to see clients find better success with a lifestyle change, not just their workout.

I have had a few trainers throughout the years and Jacqui is by far the best I have had. Not only will she figure out a game plan for your workout, modify it each time to your needs, but she also will help you with the mind game that comes with working out. She will help you figure out your strengths and weaknesses (physical and mental) and how to work around them. Working out with Jacqui is like working out with a friend, time flies and you feel amazing afterwards. And it doesn't end in the gym, she maintains contact with you while you are on a program with her to see if you need anything to keep the momentum going when you aren't in the gym with her. Couldn't imagine going to another trainer. Added bonus - she's a yoga instructor so can incorporate yoga into your routine if desired, or attend one of her classes at the same facility she trains at.
