About Jennifer

Ever since Jen first stepped on her yoga mat 15 years ago, she was just drawn to this natural energy that was created by the body when you move and flow. She is so excited to share this energy with you through teaching her practice. A typical session is 1 hour long and starts with the ashtanga flow (sun a & b) and some fun, or challenging, postures worked in. She caters her flow to the client (athletic, elderly, injured) so you get exactly what you need. One-on-one sessions are her most popular but she does a small group or private parties and also sends out a mass text once a week (weather-permitting) to all her students for a group outdoor class at the beach! In the summer, she enjoys teaching SUP yoga for fun and she is also a licensed chiropractor and does massage so you can also add that in for extra if you are interested. The full package!
