I specialize in Functional Fitness, with experience training all ages and sizes. My style of training revolves around circuit and balance training, keeping the heart rate up, with minimal rest between exercises. This helps increase your metabolism, burn calories, and get the most bang for your buck! I have acquired many specialized certifications, including Functional Aging for Seniors, TRX, pre and postnatal fitness, youth fitness, boot camp, golf conditioning, and many more. I believe the secret to a healthy body is the right balance of exercise, healthy eating habits, reducing stress and having fun. I will help you develop solid fitness habits to maintain a balanced, healthy lifestyle.
My favorite client story
My favorite client success story is a 68 year young woman, who was very out of shape and sedentary when I met her. Two years later, she did 70 push ups on her 70th birthday!

My favorite exercise is the push up! It is very modifiable, and tells the story of your upper body strength.

My training philosophy
I love functional training. When you train the whole body, not just parts, your core has to work so much harder, and you get more bang for your buck!
My training experience
I got the fitness bug teaching group fitness classes in 1996, and became an American College of Sports Medicine personal trainer in 2001. I have worked in private studios and large gyms, and have trained a wide variety of clients. Since 2005 I created I have been training clients in-home or online.
