Hey There, I'm Coach Brook- OWner and Founder of Rize Fitness & Nutrition.
I specialize in helping women rise into their strongest, most confident selves—inside and out. With over 6 years of experience in fitness and nutrition coaching, I’ve guided hundreds of busy women and moms to transform their bodies, rebuild their relationship with food, and take control of their health.
I believe every woman deserves to feel powerful, proud, and unstoppable in her body. My approach combines personalized strength training, realistic nutrition guidance, and honest accountability. My favorite client story
One of the most meaningful parts of my career came not from a scale victory or a gym PR, but from a message I received from the husband of a longtime client. He told me I had been more than a trainer to his wife — I had been a light during dark times, a friend when she needed one, and a steady presence she could count on. He said the impact I had on her rippled into their entire household: his wife came home more positive, more confident, and more at peace — and their children saw what it meant to be a strong, healthy, and empowered woman.
It reminded me that coaching isn’t just about physical transformation — it’s about emotional strength, mindset shifts, and changing generations. That message still fuels me to this day.

My training philosophy
I believe every woman deserves to feel strong, confident, and in control of her body—without extremes, guilt, or comparison. My approach is rooted in sustainable strength training, balanced nutrition, and mindset coaching that supports the whole woman, not just the physical.
Training with me means building muscle, shedding mental and emotional weight, and learning how to trust yourself again. I don’t coach for quick fixes—I coach for lifelong change. Your journey will be tailored to your life, your goals, and your season.

My training experience
Ive been training (personally) Over 10 years. Ive been running my own Training Business for almost 7 years now. Ive done 4 bodybuilding shows and 2 of which I placed Top 5 at Nationals (a few spots away from receiving my IFBB PRO status).
