With over 6 years of experience in fitness coaching, I specialize in guiding busy women and moms to transform their bodies and mindset through personalized strength training and nutrition plans. Ive been training (personally) Over 10 years. Ive been running my own Training Business for almost 7 years now. Ive done 4 bodybuilding shows and 2 of which I placed Top 5 at Nationals (a few spots away from receiving my IFBB PRO status).
