I started training at the age of 18 and have been obsessed with it since! After spending 4 years with "Crunch Fitness" I decided to start my own business as an independent trainer. At the moment I am mostly training out of private studios in the chelsea area with clients all the way in to the upper east side.
With 4 certifications under my belt and one in progress (Precision nutrition certification) I believe in science-backed programming as I specialize mostly in improving strength and function among injured and athletic populations as well as weight loss among all populations.
I aspire to find creative ways to design programs that crush goals and improve my clients' performance and aesthetic.
A typical 1-hour session consists of a 5-10 minute "activation" phase targeting specific weak muscles followed by 30-40 minutes of what I call the "progression" phase in which the client will learn to integrate movement patterns in to lifts that will turn anyone in to a BEAST in the gym.
