I am young and motivated New York-based trainer passionate about living a healthy lifestyle. I focus on nutrition and live by a regimented physical training schedule. I love to lead by example and simplify health into key points that make it easy to stay on track.
I am bilingual English/Russian. I have been doing personal training for over 5 years
