Many times he finishes the full sixty minute session and then spends an extra ten or fifteen minutes breaking down what I did right and what needs improvement. He never rushes. He never shortcuts. He cares. He wants me to understand the process and he wants me to grow. He even asks thoughtful mental and emotional questions to help me stay focused and grounded. He is genuinely a life coach and a trainer all in one. I call him my mentor because that is what he is. He guides me. He encourages me. He pushes me to limits I did not know I could reach. My arms and legs turn into jelly after every workout and yet I leave feeling proud and accomplished. I have learned more in these few sessions than I have learned in years of going to the gym alone.
