Having been an athlete my whole life playing soccer, basketball, hockey. All lead my to the gym in my young adulthood. So I got into the fitness industry in 2004, started as a member of Golds gym fell in love with it so got certified. Ran my own PT business successfully. Typically After the assessment and knowing where to start and what goals the client has. We start with a warm up, do compound movements first, the some supersets, ending with dynamic stretching. Also teaching my clients when the rite time to do cardio is depending on goals, and helping them figure out nutrition. Preparing all my clients for success and watching them grow is so fulfilling.
