As a former coach and athlete, my passion for fitness has evolved over the the past few decades. From soccer and softball to figure competitions, I have gained a great deal of experience in training in several modalities in clients and athletes aged 12-85.
My programming is unique in that it blends aesthetic and athletic/functional training to better assist my clients in their daily living activities. In any particular session, you may find yourself throwing a jab, darting in and out of agility ladders, balancing yourself on a Gabbo board, or engaging your core during a mat challenge. In any case, the workouts I provide will challenge you and keep you on your toes.
I also offer the ability to program sessions for you on days when you wish to train independently, and will help you track your progress. What gets measured gets improved. Consistency is the key!
I am eager to work with ladies and gentlemen who wish to not just look strong, but feel energized and ready to take on just about anything life puts in their path!
My favorite client story
Ralph was a sedentary business owner who walked into my life with an eagerness to improve his physique and well-being. Within 5 months, he had lost over 25 pounds and 10% bodyfat. But it wasn't what he lost that impressed me. He gained a better posture, a stronger constitution, a greater knowledge base on how to train safely, and the confidence to extend his physical success into his own corporate ventures. For him, an increase in health and well-being translated into so much more. He had changed from the inside out. And that is why I love what I do.

Honestly, anything involving core, glutes or delts. They truly help sculpt a physique that stands out from the rest.
