I am a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association and I am pursuing my doctorate in physical therapy. I am certified to perform the injury screening tool, The Functional Movement Screen. I competed in Junior Olympic gymnastics throughout my childhood and reached my goal of competing for a Division I university. Gymnastics has expanded my knowledge of mobility and strength training and I enjoy incorporating these principles into my training. I love working with women of all ages and abilities and I ensure that each session is individualized to YOUR specific needs. Whether you are a young adult interested in learning how to lift weights, a post-pardum woman looking to lose weight, a middle-aged woman looking to increase strength, or an elderly woman looking to improve general fitness, I will help you safely reach your health and wellness goals! The possibilities are endless, so come train with me!
