About Jennifer Grace
Jennifer Grace, NASM Corrective Exercise Specialist, NASM Certified Personal Trainer, and Yoga Instructor, offers Mobile Personal Training, Fitness Classes, Mommy and Me classes, and Yoga for women and families. She is CPR/AED Certified, speaks some Spanish, and has a Bachelor’s degree. Jennifer is a Christian, a cancer survivor, and a mother, and believes that physical fitness and proper nutrition is necessary to maintain good health of both body and mind. My favorite exercise
My favorite method of exercise is Yoga. I am very passionate about strengthening as well as *lengthening* the body's muscles. I also enjoy bootcamp-like exercise.

1.) Avoid injury by stretching all of the muscles that were engaged during our exercises.
2.) Implement the most safe and effective program that will generate results in as little time possible.
3.) Have fun and change it up in order to not plateau or become discouraged.
4.) Train the whole body and improve overall mental and physical wellness.

I see another FYT trainer regularly and was looking for a trainer while away from home. The ground was a little wet but the weather was perfect and Jennifer came prepared with everything including extra mats. We did Cardio, Yoga, stretching and weights with balancing. Jennifer designed a well rounded workout for me. Her instructions were easy to follow as she demonstrated, assisted and corrected me. I also liked how she described the health benefits of each set of exercises. I was super impressed and look forward to working with Jennifer next time I’m in the area.
