After 12 years of training and fighting in Muay Thai boxing, I decided to become a personal trainer to better refine my love for martial arts. I absolutely enjoy teaching kickboxing and Muay Thai because aside from its amazing health benefits, it is a fantastic pillar to gaining self- confidence through learning an exciting form of martial arts. I incorporate muay thai techniques with proper mobility and flexibility muscle training to ensure an exciting healthy workout. You will get an incredible workout while learning real self-defense. My workouts help relieve stress, build confidence and burn on average 1,000 calories per hour. My motto is "Train like an MMA fighter and look like one too"!
