About Marta

My clients would describe me as a fun and encouraging trainer. I like to change things up so it doesn't get boring. The first thing I always look at is what are my client's strenghts and limitations, working around any type of injuries and still getting the most out of the workout. I am crazy about proper form and mobility. Besides being a NCSF certified personal trainer I am also a Registered Dietitian, so you will get the best of both worlds. I have a long history of working in fitness industry from one-on-one personal training to nutrition consulting. My experience encompasses having worked for Equinox gym as a Personal Trainer, Registered Dietitan in Clinical setting of nutrition and Jenny Craig weight loss center. I am also a former NPC bikini fitness competitor.  “As a trainer and nutritionist I value my clients’ results by helping them to reach their goals. My style of training is personalized by being catered to one’s needs and expectations. My approach is directly focused on the success of my clients.” Looking for serious inquiries only and commitment of minimum two sessions/ week as I found it to be the beseline to be able to help you reach your goals.

I hired Marta to come up with a nutritional plan and training routine to help me lose stubborn belly fat without losing muscle mass. At 40years old it was hard for me to accomplish my goals on my own.
