My name is Raymond Brenkert. I'm CPT licensed through NASM. Feel free to message me for a free consult!  Like you I have been there! I became a trainer after I lost 100lbs in 10 months. I wanted to help others do the same. I was told I was a pre-diabetic and weighed 300lbs. I flipped the switch. I lost off 100 pounds in 10 months to get myself healthy again. I am going to show you that you can do anything! I have been terribly out of shape and lost those 100 pounds, I have been in lean and mean fight shape strong as an ox, and everywhere in-between. I navigated those waters for you so you do not have to. I confidently say I can get you where you want to be no matter what your goal is. Weight loss, strength, speed, corrective exercise, sport performance, injury prevention, general fitness, or self defense. You name it, I got you covered! My sessions are customized to meet your specific goals. I have worked with every type of person there is with success. Let's connect and let me show you what you are truly capable of. Let's take that first step together and together we will crush it.I'm also amateur MMA fighter, kickboxer, and BJJ purple belt submission grappler. I used to act in movies and do stand-up comedy too!


My favorite client story

Having a client lose enough weight to fit into her mothers wedding dress was an incredible milestone and achievement, or when I put my close friend through a martial arts training camp and he won the gold medal at his tournament.

I started working with Raymond last year after healing from a lower back injury. He was so patient in the process with me and knew when I could handle a tougher workout and when to pull back for a rest day and some stretching so I don't hurt myself all over again. Over time he helped me get stronger and stronger, and now I can lift heavier and do more dynamic movements that I never would have been able to do before! Got the CoVid Blues, packed on a few,.. In one week with Raymond’s daily home workout plan he prepared for me, I already feel the difference. I have more energy throughout the day. The full body workouts are easy to follow and will Kick your Butt!! I also like that Raymond will answer any questions I have and shows me how to modify if needed. Great trainer, very motivating!! Raymond has always pushed me to go as hard as he knows I can.
