I became a trainer because fitness changed my life and I want to show others the joys of exercise. I have trained in martial arts for over 5 years and I have been lifting weights for many more. I have gone through the right and wrongs with both training styles. I know how it felt not making any progress and how frustrating it can be. Now, I want to work with people and teach them ways to achieve their goals.
I focus on stability training and building a strong foundation, without a strong foundation any future progress can be impeded by injury or pain. My workouts are tough and Your muscle endurance will be put to the test every session.
