Hi! I'm Sam, an NASM Certified Personal Trainer. Every client I work with receives a personalized training plan tailored specifically to their needs, goals, and lifestyle. Unlike generic online programs or one-size-fits-all solutions, I take the time to understand your unique circumstances, including any previous injuries, current fitness level, and specific fitness goals. This personalized approach ensures that you not only achieve your goals more effectively but also maintain them sustainably. In addition to being a CPT I have certifications in boxing and yoga and I am currently working toward certifications in corrective exercise and nutrition.

I have worked out for years without a trainer. I seem to get by but after a spinal fusion surgery- I needed someone understanding of back pain & injuries. She creates workouts with that in mind. I always feel her workouts the day after training day. Feeling the burn while and after shows that it’s working. I learn and I am able to incorporate new moves so as to not re- injure my back .
