As a personal trainer began working from the lowest level in the industry which allowed me to appreciate the basics of everything that goes into someone being able to properly asses a situation and defend themselves and even better themselves at the same time without threat. All of these life skills can be gained by my training programs depending the package you choose whether it be 4 per week per month (Once a week) 8 sessions per month (Twice a week) 12 sessions per month (Three times a week) Any of these will fit your fitness goals based on your schedule !!
