About Antonio

I am a fitness professional with a background in mixed martial arts (MMA). I served 10 years in the military, and was a combat instructor in the Marine Corps. I competed in amateur MMA for about 2.5 years with ambitions of going pro. I no longer compete frequently, but I still personally train in Brazilian Ji-Jitsu (BJJ) and Muay Thai. I teach Kickboxing, Self Defense, and Physical Fitness classes. I like to focus on overall wellness. Wellness includes physical, mental, and spiritual strength. Physically, I want to help clients get stronger by increasing or maintaining lean muscle and reducing unnecessary body fat. Mentally, I want to raise people's confidence and self-esteem by teaching them martial arts techniques and improving their functional mobility. Spiritually, I want to be a light to the world by being a righteous person and sharing the true gospel of Christ with anyone that is willing to receive it.
