I've been a personal trainer for 2 years. I have extensive experience with new moms, menopausal women and obesity related training. I have personally lost 68lbs myself and understand the struggle it can be to stay motivated or just feeling like you are lost in the weight loss shuffle. I am here to keep you on track! My coaching style is very supportive with a little tough love when needed. I am a huge fan of free weights and HIIT style workouts. I absolutely love working with my clients and helping them reach their fitness goals. Getting healthy is the most rewarding thing you can do for yourself! I would love to work with you!
