About Christopher

I have been into fitness since I first picked up a weight training for football in high school. Come college I spent 6 days a week in the gym and didn't miss one for almost 4 years. I majored in Business Economics and Health Nutrition Food & Exercise (HNFE) at Virginia Tech. That time in my life layed down the foundation by which my body and mind were molded to be fitness centric. Fast forward almost 10 years and now I use the collective knowledge of experience, schooling, certifications and physically putting in the work to help other grow in theor own lives.

I find a tremendous amount of value in helping people achieve their goals. Giving people back their self confidence and motivation is invaluable to both myself and my clients. It's not an easy journey but I try to keep it light and fun while also reiterating sound principles and proper technique.

I can promise RESULTS! But those results come from you and your dedication. It is hard work but I will be there every step of the way to guide your progress and ensure you get the most out of the experience.

I worked with Ryan when he was in Seattle. He has all the qualities that make an excellent trainer – friendly, knowledgeable, open-minded. I walk around with a crutch (partial paralysis from a car accident decades ago) and Ryan eagerly adapted a workout routine to fit my needs. This guy gives off great energy, and working with him is a positive experience on so many levels.

Ryan is an excellent trainer, he kept the workouts varied and interesting. He’s polite, fun, and made me want to go to the gym.

Ryan was key in getting us back into shape by helping us stick to a schedule and hold us accountable. He motivated us and made working out fun again. I highly recommend anyone to work with Ryan.

Ryan has been a great to work with and has worked with me to customize my workouts to meet my fitness goals. Always flexible and always works with my chaotic work schedule. 10/10 recommend!

I worked with Ryan for approximately 2 year’s. Ryan taught me the power of setting both short and long-term achievable goals. With this, I have found new inspiration achieving what once felt like the impossible. Now, I begin my days knowing exactly where I’m going and what it takes to get there. I do this with a smile because I’ve come so far working with Ryan. Now my highest goals are within close reach. I am grateful for having placed faith and trust in this process!

Highly recommend Ryan for any personal training needs. This was my first time using a personal trainer and I really could not be more happy about my choice. Ryan made me feel comfortable throughout the entire process. I appreciate that he pushed me even when I thought I couldn’t do certain workouts or he would come up with a modified version. Additionally, he took time to grocery shop with me so I could make sure I was eating the right things to get the most out of my weight loss journey!

I have been weight training for years, but mostly being my own coach. I decided to start lifting with Ryan after seeing his personal progress and the results of his other clients, and WOW! I could not be happier with the results… or more exhausted ???? he knows how to push you to do your best and you leave the gym feeling so accomplished. I’ve been able to build muscle and lean out to accomplish my dream results. Follow his plan! It takes time of course, but this man knows what he’s doing and I could not be more grateful for his knowledge and guidance in my fitness journey.

First time having a personal trainer and I am really enjoying it, well, mostly the results. Getting out of COVID shape hasn’t been easy, but Ryan has been great working things out, especially problem areas (dislocated shoulder)

Ryan is an awesome, friendly, and knowledgeable trainer. He is patient, and will motivate you, but also is never too pushy or aggressive, and takes the time to show you how to correctly perform each exercise. This was my first time seriously exercising in years, and he was great about easing me back into it, and making me comfortable after being inactive for so long, and setting on a positive path fitness wise! I’m very grateful for his time, and I highly recommend his service! ????????

I worked with Ryan for about 6 months with the goal of bulking up my muscle mass followed by cutting down my fat. Ryan delivered on everything! Every week he mixed up the exercises so I felt very well rounded and injury-proof at the gym. He also gives amazing dieting advice and low key has some amazing playlists for workout tunes. I’d recommend Ryan to everybody looking to get fit!
