About Emily

My name is Emily Lewis, and I am a NASM Certifed Peronal Trainer and NASM Mental Toughness Trainer. I have spent years helping clients reach their personal weight, sport, fitness, and general health goals. As a trainer, my job is to help you. I care about my clients, and there is nothing more important to me than you feel happy, confident, and accomplished. I genuinely believe that trainers and clients need to mesh well for results to occur. That's why I will never accept money from a client if I don't think we will work well together. I train all populations, but I specialize in weight loss, strength training, general health, nutrition, and youth fitness. I understand that life can be hectic, so I am here to make that aspect of working out as easy as possible. I am happy to come to you for in home or close to home training.
