Fitness should be fun, and it is a progressive process. Strength and cardiovascular endurance are important; so are flexibility (of mind and body), balance, and mobility - full range of joint motion without pain.


My favorite client story

One of the gals in my group aquatics class didn't hear me say to switch legs. She hollered, "One of my legs is getting really sexy! Should we switch?"

My favorite exercise

Lift and chop is a great full body exercise, cradle crunches are fun now that I can do them more correctly, aquatics workouts are dynamite cardio kickers without joint stress... it's all good!
