I began my career in personal training in 2013. I quickly recognized my passion for the brain-body connection and began studying neuro athletic training. My personal training expertise goes beyond the basic understanding of exercise science and utilizes a neurocentric brain-based approach to movement, fitness, and athletics. In my 8 years of experience, I’ve helped thousands of men and women reach their fitness goals through focusing on brain-based personal training and fitness.
